The Portugal Horse Tour (PHT) 2025 was officially presented on March 25th at the Quintãs Equestrian Center in Arouca, marking the start of the second edition of this international show jumping circuit.

The event was attended by representatives of the São Paulo Equestrian Federation, mayors of the seven municipalities involved and the entities, highlighting the collaborative and territorial dimension of the project.

The PHT 2025 includes five international show jumping stages, held in the municipalities of Arouca, Ponte de Lima, Vila Pouca de Aguiar (Pedras Salgadas), Esposende and Matosinhos, with the institutional support of the Municipal Councils of Arouca, Ponte de Lima, Vila Pouca de Aguiar, Esposende, Matosinhos, Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia. The circuit will take place between May and July 2025, promoting high-performance equestrian sports and contributing to the development of tourism and local economies, reinforcing Portugal’s image as an excellent equestrian tourism destination.

The official presentation of PHT 2025 at the Quintãs Equestrian Center reinforces the commitment of the entities involved to the promotion of equestrian sports and the sustainable development of the territories, in an initiative that combines high-level competition, culture and tourism.
